1 General Terms

Welcome to ph4444 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using ph4444 at https://ph4444.net and its associated mobile application, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph4444. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

ph4444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ph4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph4444 does not permit access to anyone under 21 years old, without exception.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located within, the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing bets.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ph4444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from ph4444 or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.

ph4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or any other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on ph4444. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. ph4444 reserves the right to verify this information at any point.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ph4444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details.

• Do not share your ph4444 account credentials with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Notify ph4444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

ph4444 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after the inactive period, as detailed in the account management policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ph4444 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals processed within approximately 30 minutes.
• Maya — instant deposits and withdrawals processed within approximately 30 minutes.
• Philippine bank transfer — via InstaPay or PESONet. InstaPay transfers are typically completed within two hours; PESONet transfers within one banking day.

The minimum deposit on ph4444 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and are displayed in your account dashboard.

ph4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Verified accounts experience fewer delays in processing.

Deposits and withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by ph4444.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph4444 are subject to the specific rules of the market and sport concerned, as published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules.

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the advertised start time of the event. ph4444 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to real-time price changes and market suspension. Bets accepted at a confirmed price are binding.
• A bet is only valid once confirmed by ph4444's system and a unique bet reference number has been assigned to your account.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault), ph4444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Winnings are credited to your ph4444 account balance upon official settlement of the event result.
• ph4444 covers PBA basketball, UAAP, Filipino boxing, MPL Philippines esports, international football, NBA, and other sports and esports markets. Market availability may change without notice.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ph4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed on the Promotion page for each active offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all ph4444 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility requirements stated for each specific promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ph4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonus funds already credited to accounts at the time of amendment are not affected unless the amendment is required for legal or compliance reasons.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph4444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one ph4444 account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets are offered (match-fixing).
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or system bugs to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings outside normal gameplay.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph4444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ph4444 employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns and account activity. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.

8 Responsible Gaming

ph4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. Gambling on ph4444 is intended to be an entertaining activity, and we do not encourage players to gamble beyond their personal financial means.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph4444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interrupted access to the Platform caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.

ph4444's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph4444's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ph4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to changes in Philippine law or regulation, updates to our product and services, or corrections of errors.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ph4444 will notify registered players via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, may be published without advance notice.

The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph4444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.
